TO

several members lost their compounded supply with roughly two months notice. that is the reported experience, not a rule i can quote at you

TO

anyone in nz paying out of pocket and willing to say what it comes to

CP

update from 19 months ago: supply where i am steadied and the price never came back down

MM

the wait to see somebody was quoted to me as a few weeks privately and much longer publicly, when i asked in 2024

😂3
MM

coming back after 21 months, is supply any better in australia now

SB

is nz supply tied to australian supply in practice

supply steadied here

how long is transit into australia running at the moment

transit was 7 days for me and the tracking went dark for a week in the middle, which is normal for that route

people did stockpile before the compounding change and some of them are still working through it

follow up a parcel of mine sat in a queensland depot for 8 days in summer, and it tested fine afterwards, which surprised me
i tested a vial after a summer transit out of pure paranoia and it came back 97.4. one vial, one result

😂9🎉14

check thats still true

i pay for the fastest service in summer purely to shorten the hot part, not to get it any sooner

CP

pharmac had not funded it for weight when i last read about it and the nz members in here were all paying privately

TL

right so the last leg to a rural address is where it bakes. the depot and the van are hotter than the plane ever was

the members who were on a compounded version mostly moved to the branded product and paid more, from what i saw, ymmv

sorry to jump in nobody here can tell you what is allowed in australia and the mods will stop that conversation

unrelated but clinic versus pharmacy came out roughly even for me once the consult fees were counted in

PP

a member in perth and a member in melbourne reported completely different transit times on the same supplier in the same month

😂2
PP

tga and medsafe are separate regulators making separate decisions, and people conflate them constantly

TO

nz supply has tracked australian supply closely in everything members have reported. the two markets are not independent

PP

temperature controlled shipping into australia exists and the quote i got was more than the peptide
people did stockpile before the compounding change and some of them are still working through it

as far as i understood it a year ago, the pbs listing covered the diabetes indication and not weight management, and that split catches people out, take that with a pinch of salt

unrelated but did anyone stockpile before the compounding change came in
an nz member put their monthly cost at roughly 500 new zealand dollars in 2024. one person at one dose

PP

insulated pouch, gel packs frozen solid, fastest leg you can buy. that is the whole summer protocol as this room has it
