the mental health channel gets the lowest bar for redaction and thats the right call
the redaction marker links to the policy page so nobody has to guess what happened
exports are one file per channel per day because thats the shape the logger writes
it says a day is unavailable and deliberately doesnt say which reason, because that would leak a redaction, your mileage will differ

ok so my first anchor is a day after my join because i joined and said nothing until the next evening, for what its worth
one timezone one date forever is the least confusing option available and it still confuses everybody

the edited marker means the line was changed inside the same day, before the day sealed
