update from 17 months ago: availability in the region is broadly the same and the prices i track are slightly higher, from memory

TW

transit inside the region ran 26 days for me, which was not faster than a longer route with a better carrier

TW

sorry to jump in japan approved it for both indications a while ago as i understood it, and the approval did not make it cheap

RS

customs between asian countries has not been noticeably easier in anything members have reported. each border is its own border

summer shipping matters here too. i avoid july and august the way australian members avoid january

SS

i was wrong about japanese pricing by a factor of two when i quoted it in here, because i was quoting a clinic and somebody else was quoting a pharmacy

FD

the indian landscape is qualitatively different from research supply, it is a licensed pharmaceutical industry, and that is still not a guarantee about the vial you received

SS

insurance in the region tracked the diabetes indication in every country a member reported on

diabetes indication only

KM

india has a real generics manufacturing base and a real domestic market. what a specific product is, and whether it matches its label, is a separate question every single time

SS

singapore handles personal quantities of prescription medicine under its own rules and i would not try to summarise them from memory, i could be wrong

KM

ok so korea and the clinic culture, is it as easy to get as people say

KM

coming back after 21 months, has anything changed on availability in the region

the carrier matters

as of about a year ago korea had the shortest path from deciding to starting of anywhere members here had described

get it tested anyway

are the indian products the same compounds or something else entirely

SS

korea has a clinic culture where this is straightforward to obtain, and members reported that as both a convenience and a concern
i keep the compound name and the dose written in the local language in my phone and it has been more useful than any app

closer isnt simpler

japan approved it

the carrier matters more than the distance, and that is the thing this channel took two years to agree on

ES

physical proximity to the manufacturing changed my shipping cost far more than it changed my shipping time, we shall see

held for 9 days
