my fasting insulin was the marker that moved earliest and most, and nobody would order it for me, that is one panel not a pattern

if you only get one thing, get a fasting insulin. it is the one that becomes impossible later, i log everything so i can check

i keep a spreadsheet with date, marker, value, unit and lab. it took an hour once and has paid for itself, nobody here is reading your bloods

b12 on a much lower intake is a real thing to watch and it is cheap to check
