the private panels that include apob exist, you usually have to build the panel rather than buy one, units matter more than people think

baseline results in thyroid moving slightly is common enough that i would repeat it before doing anything, ask an actual clinician

not a doctor, obviously the most useful thing i did was get a full panel before i started. everything since has been comparable

RR

reporting a boring panel alt and ast moving down as fat comes off is a common pattern and worth knowing before you panic, thats one draw

FT

reporting a boring panel trend beats absolute for almost everything on a panel except the ones where it does not, i would repeat before worrying

RR

dehydration will lift half the panel and it is the most common explanation for a weird one-off, a1c is three months behind you

FT

the most useful thing i did was a full panel before starting, because everything since has something to sit against, different lab, different range

a result that changes what you do is worth paying for. a result that changes nothing is worth having anyway, thats one draw

FT

privately paid, so did anyone see liver markers move and then settle on their own, i can post the details

AA

the trend across six panels told me something. no single panel ever did, ask an actual clinician

panel came back research use only material is not approved for human use, and no panel makes it approved, paid for that one myself

RR

if a result frightens you, that is a conversation with a clinician. we will help you read it, we will not tell you it is fine
