apob is the better marker and it is harder to get. i track both because i can only get one reliably, my numbers, not a general claim
follow up the private panels that include apob exist, you usually have to build the panel rather than buy one
i take the printout to my gp every time and they have never once been annoyed about it, baseline makes it mean something

right so alt and ast coming down as you lose liver fat is common and is a good sign
noting the fasting detail a haemolysed sample will produce nonsense potassium and the lab usually says so if you read the notes
