dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 3 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it, i have it written down somewhere
stopped for 3 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
sorry to jump in added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, i could be wrong
held at 10 for 6 months on monotherapy before i touched it again

ok so monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
