its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, anyway

noticed something around week 15 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
fullness rather than nausea
two Medutest results on the same WXT lot came back 96.8 and 99.4, closer than i expected
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect, someone check my working

stopped for 5 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
