£120 for a 40 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses

back after 19 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here

15 in 1ml gives 2mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round

noticed something around week 29 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to

you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could, your mileage will differ

thats the phase 3 one

anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected

added it to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

IS

i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 18 months im still sceptical, just less so

the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave

cagrisema thats it

💀3

the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

titrating dead slow
