Highlights from this day
  • underfill_uma — went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information 21:09
  • bac_water_bill — monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected 21:24
  • bac_water_bill — unrelated but i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me 21:32
  • quiet_head_qi — changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing 22:24
  • VialBot — Verification log updated: Homopeptide — evidence added, status unchanged. 23:05

lost 60lb over 1 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it, take that with a pinch of salt

stopped for 4 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose

SF

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing, your mileage will differ

*Janoshik not the other one

separate days

different not less

right so dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect

QH

changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing

30 in 2ml gives 2mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round

BW

unrelated but amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first

right so the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
