Highlights from this day
  • gradient_greg — the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first 17:10
  • bex_bloods — monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work, someone check my working 19:15
  • gradient_greg — i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something, take that with a pinch of salt 19:40
  • gradient_greg — has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work 19:59

its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 11 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve

BB

is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here

BB

i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 2 months im still sceptical, just less so

dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect

the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule

has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

how slow are people titrating this compared to semaglutide
