Highlights from this day
  • deadspace — the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule 20:01
  • deadspace — you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could 20:03
  • sharps_bin_sid — anyone got two Janoshik results on the same QYB lot for this 20:06
DE

is the slower titration because of nausea or something else

[edited]

combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere

the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

SB

two PeptideMeter results on the same TFC lot came back 97.4 and 99, closer than i expected

DE

you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could

amylin not glp-1

SB

REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work, i think

anyone got two Janoshik results on the same QYB lot for this

📉11🤝16⚠️1

ok so i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which

ZZ

does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt

ZZ

i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something

GG

15 in 5ml gives 4mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round

GG

added it to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible

PP

is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here

ZZ

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 5 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve, i have it written down somewhere

is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation

SD

the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave

did the nausea feel different to you or just less
