while im here did anyone add this to an existing semaglutide dose rather than starting both

- ghk_gia — i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 10 months im still sceptical, just less so 17:21
- tail_factor — is the slower titration because of nausea or something else i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me 18:00
- ghk_gia — monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside 19:09
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 10 months im still sceptical, just less so
i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which, thats just me
combination for me
REDEFINE is the trial
whats the recon people use, 20 in 1ml
anyone holding at 15 for a while before stepping
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere, your mileage will differ
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
Reminder for cagri_curious: dose day is today. Set 4 days ago.
slower than the others
right so two VendorInvestigate results on the same GL Biochem lot came back 98.6 and 99.4, closer than i expected
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule
unrelated but how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
cant separate them
anyone stopped the GLP-1 and kept only this
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
follow up the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
titrating dead slow
did the combination change your GI compared to the GLP-1 alone
anyone got two Medutest results on the same BCH lot for this
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
is the weekly schedule the same here
is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
cagrisema thats it
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
different not less
held mine a while
held at 0.25 for 6 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
fullness rather than nausea
monotherapy here
