is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
#cagrilintide 2026-04-04
- pbs_pip — i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me, your mileage will differ 23:01
- still_here_2024 — added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible 23:20
- mg_per_ml — its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake 23:47
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
*week 33 not week 2
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 13 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
separate days
slower than the others
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me, your mileage will differ
cant separate them
anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide
amylin not glp-1
[edited]added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
