is the weekly schedule the same here
#cagrilintide 2026-04-07
- secretagogue_sy — lost 100lb over 13 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it 23:12
- secretagogue_sy — the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first 23:15
- endotoxin_ed — the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing 23:17
*week 3 not week 4
is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
noticed something around week 16 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to
the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
separate days
stopped for 20 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose
whats REDEFINE testing exactly
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
thats the phase 3 one
10 in 2.5ml gives 10mg/ml which is what i use, purely because the units come out round
*mg/ml, obviously
lost 100lb over 13 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
the reason nausea reads differently is timing, mine arrived on the second day rather than the first
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing

Archive lookup: secretagogue_sy first appears in this channel on 2025-09-05.
changed my mind on this, i started thinking amylin was the interesting bit and now i think its the pairing
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
monotherapy here
whats the recon people use, 40 in 1.5ml
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 18 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
how slow are people titrating this compared to tirzepatide
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work
£55 for a 10 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
