Highlights from this day
  • meal_prep_mick — the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent 19:27
  • meal_prep_mick — combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere 19:32
  • meal_prep_mick — amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist 19:41
  • monoisotopic — while im here anyone got two Janoshik results on the same WXT lot for this 20:03
  • monoisotopic — for the archive the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair 20:10

SD

weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit, your mileage will differ

MP

sorry to jump in has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work

MO

while im here anyone got two Janoshik results on the same WXT lot for this

noticed something around week 2 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, i think

titrating dead slow

genuine question lost 31lb over 25 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it

SD

the fullness effect hasnt faded over 2 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve, not advice obviously
