its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake

- VialBot — Assay note: SSA lot B-0329 reported at 99.2% of label content. 13:41
- bpc_sceptic — CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which… 14:02
- protein_floor — REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work 16:24
- bpc_sceptic — two VendorInvestigate results on the same FGP lot came back 98.6 and 96.8, closer than i expected 17:12
the combination is the thing with trial data behind it, monotherapy in here is mostly us guessing, i have it written down somewhere
while im here the slower titration in here is community habit as much as anything, the trials had their own schedule, n of 1 obviously
anyone holding at 2.4 for a while before stepping
thats the phase 3 one
slightly off topic but did the nausea feel different to you or just less
Assay note: SSA lot B-0329 reported at 99.2% of label content.
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
slightly off topic but the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
titrating dead slow
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
is there a reason people titrate this over more weeks than the others
held at 2.5 for 5 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
whats the recon people use, 30 in 0.5ml
while im here anyone dosing this on a different day to their semaglutide
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 9 months im still sceptical, just less so
monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work, n of 1 obviously
different not less
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
[edited]monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work
underwhelming honestly
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
back after 5 months, is monotherapy still a minority thing here
monotherapy question, did appetite move for you without a GLP-1 alongside
unrelated but $38 for a 15 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses, i think
is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
two VendorInvestigate results on the same FGP lot came back 98.6 and 96.8, closer than i expected
monotherapy here
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent
