how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination

- VialBot — Inter-lab diff for lot B-0329: 99.2% vs 98.6%. Within expected range. 21:17
- VialBot — Testing queue: 3 submissions open, 123 awaiting dispatch. 22:16
- half_life_hal — the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair 22:24
- half_life_hal — CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it 22:49
is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
*VendorInvestigate not the other one
quick one its an amylin analogue, different receptor family, so treating it as another GLP-1 is the first mistake
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit, thats just me
REDEFINE is the trial
update on the earlier thing is 2.4 the number for this too or am i confusing compounds
did anyone find monotherapy underwhelming
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 4 months im still sceptical, just less so

monotherapy was underwhelming for me and i say that as someone who wanted it to work
added it to an existing tirzepatide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
slower than the others
REDEFINE is the phase 3 programme, most of what gets quoted casually in here is earlier work
different not less
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
sorry to jump in lost 95lb over 21 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it
thats the phase 3 one
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
€240 for a 10 vial and it lasts me longer than the GLP-1 does at my doses
two Medutest results on the same BCH lot came back 99 and 99.2, closer than i expected
underwhelming honestly
the fullness effect hasnt faded over 19 months, unlike my semaglutide appetite curve
titrating dead slow
amylin not glp-1
Testing queue: 3 submissions open, 123 awaiting dispatch.
anyone holding at 2.4 for a while before stepping
held at 5 for 2 months on monotherapy before i touched it again
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
fullness rather than nausea
does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
separate days
is the combination just the two dosed together or a single formulation
dosing them on different days made no difference i could detect
i titrated over twice as many weeks as i did on semaglutide and that was right for me
