i keep the two on separate days so if something goes wrong i have a chance of knowing which, we shall see
held at 10 for 3 months on monotherapy before i touched it again

- apob_over_ldl — nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like 02:15
- apob_over_ldl — genuine question lost 45lb over 25 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it, anyway 03:10
- bengaluru_bac — combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere 03:37
- u100_pat — does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does 06:34
CagriSema is cagrilintide with semaglutide and REDEFINE is the trial programme around it
underwhelming honestly
has REDEFINE reported or are people quoting earlier work
i said earlier this year that monotherapy did nothing for me, and at a higher dose it did something
how do people separate which of the two is doing what in a combination
weekly for me, same day every week, no reason beyond habit
sorry to jump in did anyone add this to an existing cagrilintide dose rather than starting both
monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
is the nausea profile genuinely different or am i imagining it
slightly off topic but monotherapy did work for me, just slower and smaller than i expected
follow up is anyone running this on its own or is it all CagriSema in here
did the nausea feel different to you or just less
nobody should copy my schedule, im describing it because people asked what a slow ramp looks like
is the slower titration because of nausea or something else
fullness rather than nausea
cagrisema thats it
genuine question lost 45lb over 25 months on the combination and i genuinely cannot apportion it, anyway
the numbers everyone quotes come from the combination, so comparing them to monotherapy logs is unfair
dropped the GLP-1 and stayed on this alone for 4 months, appetite held but weight barely moved
anyone got two Janoshik results on the same MKM lot for this
coming back to this does amylin do something about fullness that the GLP-1 doesnt
two VendorInvestigate results on the same GL Biochem lot came back 96.8 and 97.4, closer than i expected
how slow are people titrating this compared to semaglutide
REDEFINE is the trial
stopped for 12 months and the fullness went within a fortnight of the last dose, take that with a pinch of salt
combination GI was worse than either alone for me, which is not what i had read anywhere
i was sceptical about monotherapy and after 8 months im still sceptical, just less so
how many weeks before you noticed anything on monotherapy
whats REDEFINE testing exactly
you cannot tell which of the two is doing what in a combination and i stopped pretending i could
thats the phase 3 one
sorry to jump in anyone dosing this on a different day to their cagrilintide
noticed something around week 24 on monotherapy, well after i had given up expecting to, for what its worth
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
cant separate them
does the fullness effect fade the way appetite suppression does
added it to an existing retatrutide dose rather than starting both, which made attribution possible
the fullness thing is the part people describe differently, food stops being interesting rather than repellent, thats one data point
titrating dead slow
sorry to jump in amylin analogue, so its not a GLP-1 at all right
if youre used to GLP-1 titration steps this feels absurdly cautious and i still do it that way, someone check my working
went slower because the first step gave me two rough days and i took that as information
amylin is about slowed gastric emptying and satiety signalling, thats the short version and im no pharmacologist
separate days
quick one the nausea felt different rather than less, more fullness and less of the queasy wave
