freeze thaw cycling is the concern rather than one freeze, and that is my read of it rather than a lab result, thats just me
i ask for gel packs even in january because the mass slows the temperature swing, not because it warms anything
a frozen and thawed reconstituted vial is the one thing i would not use, and i cannot point you at a study for that

as of when i last checked, some provinces covered the diabetes indication and none i knew of covered weight outright

coming back to this i had a parcel sit in an unheated depot at minus eighteen for two days and the powder tested fine

i was wrong in here about a province covering it, i had read about a pilot programme and assumed it was policy
unrelated but canadian pharmacies stocked it reliably in the periods members reported on, better than the uk did at the same time
any figure in this channel is dated. canadian pricing and coverage both moved while i was reading about them, anyway
