identity by mass spec alongside purity by hplc is the pair you want. one without the other is half a document, happy to be corrected by someone who runs these
no strong view, thats a picture not a cert
on net versus gross again update from 2 months ago: started asking every supplier for water content and about half now include it, if the method is on it
small thing on this cert net peptide content is what you are buying and gross mass is what you are weighing. the gap is water and counterion, anyway thats the gist

tfa counterion runs higher by mass than acetate. if the certificate does not say, you cannot do the mass balance
