Highlights from this day
  • LC_MS_Lena — if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later if you are going up because the scale stalled for two weeks, wait. two weeks… 10:50
  • baseline_drift — whats the smallest step anyone has managed between doses 10:51
  • deadspace — how do you tell a plateau from just being at your set point 13:41

i would hold

U-100 syringe: 1 unit = 0.01 ml
  10u = 0.10 ml
  25u = 0.25 ml
  50u = 0.50 ml
 100u = 1.00 ml
mg drawn = ml drawn x mg/ml
LM

i jumped a rung once to catch up after a supply gap and it was a bad week. would not repeat

i went from 10 to 2.5 and honestly could not tell the difference in appetite

my titration ladder took 6 months to climb and i would do it slower again

if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later
if you are going up because the scale stalled for two weeks, wait. two weeks is noise

BD

my rule: if a side effect is still there at day five, i hold. if it clears by day three, i step

CO

while im here i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything

whats a sensible maintenance dose after a year at treatment dose

BD

after a gap of more than about three weeks i restart one rung lower. thats my own rule, not advice
