about the escalation holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months, that is one ladder out of many

LA

the people who do best here are almost always the ones going slowest

VL

half steps are people improvising with the material they have, and they log it honestly, which is the part that matters

came down too

CO

the argument for splitting is a flatter curve. the argument against is you have doubled your injections for a guess, ask again in a month and i may say something else

CO

you do not have to escalate at all. that is a real option that gets forgotten, ask someone qualified about yours

titration question steady state is roughly five half lives, so about five weeks with a weekly compound

CO

if the current dose is still working, going up is spending headroom you might want later, one persons ladder

LA

a step is a decision, not a calendar entry. if the current one is working there is nothing to fix, from my written notes

LA

if you cannot say what a step is supposed to achieve, that is a reason to wait, nothing here is medical advice

CO

on the ladder thing again i held for 10 months in the middle and then climbed normally afterwards with no drama at all

LA

i hold for two months minimum before i decide a dose has stopped doing anything, research use only material, not approved for human use

a day either side of dose day is noise. a week either side is a different schedule, give or take

been meaning to say i kept a one line note each week and the pattern only became obvious three months in, ymmv
