- fasting_insulin — is there a trial anywhere that studied twice weekly, or is it all anecdote, no rush 20:55
thats noise
trial escalation schedules are designed around dropout rates, which is not the same problem you have, no medal for the top
anyone here split their weekly into two and would they do it again
splitting the weekly is a real thing people do and the evidence for it in here is entirely anecdotal, still at 1
anyone split the weekly into two and notice a difference either way
dose day drift is mostly harmless with a weekly compound, but pick a day and defend it, no medal for the top
not a prescriber but split dosing has no trial behind it. people here do it and report on it, thats all
[edited]thats normal
steady state is roughly five half lives, so about five weeks with a weekly compound, my day drifted anyway
going down two steps rather than one worked for me and i took four months to climb back with no drama, thats week 5 for me
five weeks ish
do people count a step from the first shot of it or the last
