the last two weeks of a step tell you more than the first two, because the first two are still climbing

not a prescriber but i held at 1mg for four months and only moved because the plateau lasted six weeks, not because a chart said to, no medal for the top

do you count from the first dose of a step or the last one when you judge it

to close the loop on my step does anyone plan the ladder around holidays or just take it as it comes

holding at 5 and holding is not failing. most people here who lasted two years held at least one dose for months, thats week 19 for me
