pharmacy quoted in writing a swedish member put their monthly cost at roughly double what a polish member was paying, as of last year, quoted in writing

for the regional notes pharmacy prices in germany were fairly uniform when i checked because of how they are regulated. in spain they varied much more

as of about a year ago statutory cover in germany for weight indications still was not there, so check before quoting me on it

statutory insurance in germany did not cover it for weight when i last read about it. for the diabetes indication it was a different conversation, that was 2024

thats the one, no single eu answer

verbal is not a quote

comparing two countries a rezept is a prescription and the process around it is german specific. the word gets used loosely in here

the private route is nationally organised almost everywhere, which is why the prices vary so much

i was wrong about the cross border prescription rules and a pharmacist corrected me in person, which was humbling, i would check again now

reimbursement criteria differ by country and by insurer within a country, and both change

CO

i had one pharmacy in another eu country refuse a foreign prescription and one accept it, same month, same paperwork, early days
