- mag_citrate — unrelated but coffee on an empty stomach with slowed gastric emptying is a rough combination. i eat something first now 14:35

if you cannot eat it, drink it. that is the whole trick and it took me far too long to work out, i think
how do you eat enough when youre full after four bites
fibre from food
unrelated but if you are at 700 calories a day that is the thing to fix before anything else. please eat more
small portions six times a day is how i get to 130 grams on a bad week
i cook normally and freeze it in small pots. the food is unchanged, the portion is the only difference
is cold food easier for anyone else or is that just me
fibre from food first, psyllium if food is not doing it. i went straight to the sachets and regretted it
unrelated but coffee on an empty stomach with slowed gastric emptying is a rough combination. i eat something first now
resistance training twice a week, is that enough to hold lean mass
right so anyone tracked their protein properly for a week and been shocked by the number
unrelated but two proper resistance sessions a week is what the room settled on. three if you can manage it
unrelated but update from 17 months ago: fixed my protein, the fatigue lifted, and i cannot prove those two are connected, for what its worth
meal prep that survives early satiety, what actually works
what did people try for constipation food wise before reaching for pills
how much lean mass did people lose and how did they even know
im eating maybe 700 calories a day without trying and i know thats wrong, where do i start
follow up the room is quite firm about eating enough and i think that is the best thing about this channel
ok so i stopped counting calories and started counting protein, and one number is much easier than two
ok so you will feel weaker while losing. whether you actually are is a different question and only numbers answer it
i lift three times a week and my lifts dropped about ten percent while losing, then came back up
do i need creatine or is that a completely different hobby
protein first
160 grams a day sounds enormous until you notice a chicken breast is 30 and a shake is 25
bioimpedance scales are a mood ring. they track how hydrated you are more than anything about fat
how many grams of protein are people actually hitting at 80kg
[edited]two sessions a week
greek yoghurt
liquid protein was the thing that fixed this for me. a shake is food, it is not a shortcut
i lost 28 and about a fifth of it was lean by dexa, and that was with lifting the whole way through, happy to be corrected
resistance training is not optional if you care what you look like at the end of this. my opinion, held strongly
sorry to jump in how do you hit protein when literally nothing is appealing

add salt
[edited]for the archive alcohol hits me twice as hard now, has anyone else had that
how do you handle a family meal when you can eat a third of whats on the plate
thats too few calories
drink it if you cant eat it
whats a realistic calorie floor before it becomes an actual problem
