- tail_factor — is greek yoghurt actually as good as everyone in here says 09:08
electrolytes made a real difference to my headaches, and a pinch of salt in water goes a long way before you buy anything
do i need creatine or is that a completely different hobby
update from 26 months ago: fixed my protein, the fatigue lifted, and i cannot prove those two are connected
whats a realistic calorie floor before it becomes an actual problem
two sessions a week
cold food is easier. i eat a lot of things at fridge temperature now and i cannot explain why that helps
coffee on an empty stomach is making me feel awful, is that the drug or is that just coffee
i lost 11 and about a fifth of it was lean by dexa, and that was with lifting the whole way through
meal prep that survives early satiety, what actually works
[edited]bioimpedance scales are a mood ring. they track how hydrated you are more than anything about fat
alcohol hitting harder is one of the most consistent reports in this channel. two drinks feels like five
prep in portions a third of the size you think you need. big containers go in the bin uneaten

coming back to this the room is quite firm about eating enough and i think that is the best thing about this channel
drink it if you cant eat it
front load it
target weight 75kg
1.6 g/kg = 120 g/day
1.8 g/kg = 135 g/day
spread over 4 feeds = 30-34 g each
which with no appetite is the actual problemresistance training twice a week, is that enough to hold lean mass
greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, whey in milk. that is most of my protein and none of it needs chewing
dexa if you can
slightly off topic but fibre from food first, psyllium if food is not doing it. i went straight to the sachets and regretted it
how do you get 30 grams of protein into a breakfast you can actually finish
is greek yoghurt actually as good as everyone in here says
i cook normally and freeze it in small pots. the food is unchanged, the portion is the only difference
add salt
i stopped counting calories and started counting protein, and one number is much easier than two
please dont go lower
160 grams a day sounds enormous until you notice a chicken breast is 30 and a shake is 25
[edited]resistance training is not optional if you care what you look like at the end of this. my opinion, held strongly
anyone tracked their protein properly for a week and been shocked by the number
coffee on an empty stomach with slowed gastric emptying is a rough combination. i eat something first now
[edited]i weigh my protein sources for a week every few months to recalibrate, because the estimates drift badly
ok so alcohol hits me twice as hard now, has anyone else had that
cold food is easier
