Highlights from this day
  • abdo_two_inch — electrolytes made a real difference to my headaches, and a pinch of salt in water goes a long way before you buy anything protein per meal matters more than per day… 19:38
  • nhs_pathway_nell — creatine has nothing to do with any of this and i still take it. five grams, cheap, well studied cold food is easier. i eat a lot of things at fridge temperature now… 20:45
  • bac_water_bill — i lift three times a week and my lifts dropped about ten percent while losing, then came back up 21:13

liquid protein was the thing that fixed this for me. a shake is food, it is not a shortcut

update from 7 months ago: fixed my protein, the fatigue lifted, and i cannot prove those two are connected

protein per meal matters more than per day once you are eating tiny amounts. i aim for 30 grams a sitting

Target weight1.6 g/kg1.8 g/kg
60 kg96 g108 g
70 kg112 g126 g
80 kg128 g144 g
90 kg144 g162 g
100 kg160 g180 g

i cook normally and freeze it in small pots. the food is unchanged, the portion is the only difference

slightly off topic but is cold food easier for anyone else or is that just me

what did people try for constipation food wise before reaching for pills

LN

i stopped counting calories and started counting protein, and one number is much easier than two

NP

cold food is easier. i eat a lot of things at fridge temperature now and i cannot explain why that helps

NP

bioimpedance scales are a mood ring. they track how hydrated you are more than anything about fat

BW

i lift three times a week and my lifts dropped about ten percent while losing, then came back up
