- coa_or_cope — how do you hit protein when literally nothing is appealing 19:33
- coa_or_cope — resistance training is not optional if you care what you look like at the end of this. my opinion, held strongly 19:57
- flint_fills — i cook normally and freeze it in small pots. the food is unchanged, the portion is the only difference 20:17
- flint_fills — fibre from food first, psyllium if food is not doing it. i went straight to the sachets and regretted it 20:21
drink it if you cant eat it
how do you hit protein when literally nothing is appealing
target weight 75kg
1.6 g/kg = 120 g/day
1.8 g/kg = 135 g/day
spread over 4 feeds = 30-34 g each
which with no appetite is the actual problemwhats everyone doing for fibre because im struggling badly with it
smaller containers
if you are at 700 calories a day that is the thing to fix before anything else. please eat more
resistance training is not optional if you care what you look like at the end of this. my opinion, held strongly
two sessions a week
30 a sitting
i stopped counting calories and started counting protein, and one number is much easier than two
resistance training twice a week, is that enough to hold lean mass
i cook normally and freeze it in small pots. the food is unchanged, the portion is the only difference
electrolytes, is that just salt in water or do i need the sachets
fibre from food first, psyllium if food is not doing it. i went straight to the sachets and regretted it
