about rotation rotate by a hand width and keep a rough map. the map is more useful than the rule, skip it if its sore
bruising for me is purely luck about what is under the skin at that spot, and rotate
one pin one use. it is not sterility so much as it is sharpness, no idea if it generalises
let the alcohol dry. wet alcohol is what stings, not the needle, marked on the calendar
thigh stings more than belly for me every single time and i have no idea why
ok this fixed it for me the swab needs to be dry. wet alcohol into the skin is where most of the sting comes from
pinch, 45 degrees, count to five, withdraw slowly. two years and almost no bruising, not instruction, just habit
