m7 99.2ok so the muscle question is the one i wish i had taken seriously at month two instead of month twelve
[edited]i stayed at treatment dose for four months past goal and then came down slowly. that order was right for me
im at goal and nobody has told me what happens next, whats the room doing
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
am i the only one finding maintenance harder than losing was
sorry to jump in cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower, anyway
genuine question i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose, anyway
two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
harder than losing
regain is expected
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly
does anyone lift specifically to hold onto muscle now that theyre maintaining
come down slower than that
lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up
no official dose
mine didnt hold
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says, from memory
protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive
i came off for four months, put 60 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers
how much regain did people get in the first 22 months after stopping
for the archive is there any trial data at all on a lower frequency schedule
