[edited]Reminder set. I will post here in 5 days.
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
whats your rule for when a fluctuation becomes a regain
weekly not daily
maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested
im at goal and nobody has told me what happens next, whats the room doing
i think about it the way i think about my blood pressure tablet, and that framing helped me more than anything else
for the archive cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower
how long did people stay at treatment dose after hitting goal
if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
i went to every ten days at a low dose and it held for me. n of 1, and i keep saying that out loud
mine held
sorry to jump in holidays at maintenance are fine, i take the dose on the day and stop thinking about it
i put 26 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
