how quickly did appetite come back going from 1 to 7.5
the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule

i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
i put 35 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round
