how quickly did appetite come back going from 1 to 7.5

TN

the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

anyone tried every ten days or every fortnight as a maintenance schedule

thats STEP 1

how much regain did people get in the first 17 months after stopping

does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same $55 a month

everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here

EM

i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand

TN

i put 35 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round

two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation, ymmv
