is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us

- cold_pack_carla — slightly off topic but does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same £240 a month 14:33

FLOW is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
i tried to come down and could not hold it, went back to treatment dose, and stopped apologising for it
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it
two or three kilos up and down is normal fluctuation. ten is a different conversation
unrelated but i dropped from 5 to 1 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months
slightly off topic but does anyone budget for maintenance being cheaper or is it the same £240 a month
went back up, no regrets
[edited]update on the earlier thing i lift twice a week specifically because losing fast without it cost me more than i was willing to lose
whats a realistic amount of regain to accept rather than panic about
thats fluctuation
everybody i have seen stop and hold it did something else as well, without exception in my time here
quick one appetite came back over about three weeks after i reduced, not all at once, which is what i had braced for
