Highlights from this day
  • vial_ledger — i came off for four months, put 80 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers 15:42
  • gus_charts — protein went up during maintenance for me rather than down, which was completely counterintuitive, take that with a pinch of salt 16:18
  • gus_charts — i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand 16:34
  • private_script_pri — STEP 4 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion 17:03

lift twice a week

mine didnt hold

i came off for four months, put 80 back on, and came back. no drama in it, just numbers

regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says, i think

im at goal and nobody has told me what happens next, whats the room doing

went back up, no regrets

nobody here can tell you whether to stop. we can tell you what happened to us when we did

i dropped from 0.5 to 5 for maintenance and held steady for fourteen months

there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
