whats a realistic amount of regain to accept rather than panic about
maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested
genuine question there is no official maintenance dose. it is a thing we do because the alternative on the table was stopping
i was wrong about maintenance being the easy part and i had said so loudly for a year beforehand
