for the maintenance notes a maintenance dose drifting up over time is worth noticing rather than worth panicking about

- ferritin_fay — maintenance question am i the only one finding maintenance harder than losing was maintenance is harder than losing because there is no number going down to keep you interested 19:47
will report back, set a trigger weight
not a clinician but i wrote a maintenance plan before i needed one and it is the only reason i had anything to follow, regain is not a verdict
reduced the dose and if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side, talk to your prescriber about the dose
appreciate it, that was the trick
regain is not a verdict on you. it is what the body does and the framing matters more than people think
this phase gets no data the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel
two years in and nobody here is your clinician and maintenance is exactly the stage to be talking to yours, im not a chemist
the lowest dose that holds is a number you find by going down until something moves, slowly
precisely, four months to notice
hold on, wish i had sooner
lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up, not advice obviously
