came down slowly, reporting the maintenance conversation barely existed in here two years ago and now it is half the channel

AH

nothing dramatic to report the thing that changes at maintenance is that the feedback loop gets much slower, still thinking about it less every month

LM

if you find maintenance harder than the losing part you are in the majority in this room, still steady

two and a half years at maintenance and it does stop being the thing you think about every day

TT

reduced the dose and people who post at maintenance are the ones still engaged. the quiet ones are a whole population you cannot see, talk to your prescriber about the dose

MM

cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower

AH

is a fortnightly interval a real maintenance strategy for anyone

MM

coming down slowly was the whole trick for me. every fast change i made had to be undone, if i remember right

TT

regain in the first year is common and it is not a verdict on anything, i went back up and it was fine

is a maintenance dose a real clinical thing or something we invented between us, no rush
