i wrote a maintenance plan before i needed one and it is the only reason i had anything to follow, regain is not a verdict on you

no official dose
update from 26 months ago: still at maintenance, still boring, which was always the goal
two years in and cost did not drop at maintenance for me because i went to a lower dose from the same vial and just used it slower, still thinking about it less every month
two and a half years at maintenance and it does stop being the thing you think about every day, research use only, not approved for human use
months not weeks
went back up, reporting SURPASS-2 is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion
dropping to a maintenance dose was uneventful for me and completely miserable for somebody i talk to weekly, i went back up and it was fine
not a clinician but research use only material is not approved for human use, at maintenance or anywhere else
[edited]wrote the plan down, so how do people handle a two week holiday at a maintenance dose, i did search first
monthly average thing again stopping completely works for some people and the ones it did not work for post here more, we shall see
still at maintenance
used it twice
regain after stopping is the expected outcome, which is a horrible sentence and also what the data says
i weigh weekly at maintenance rather than daily and my range is about two kilos either side
[edited]lower frequency maintenance is genuinely unstudied. anybody telling you it is proven is making that up, thin data on this phase
