still steady, so nobody knows if this is forever and anybody who tells you they know is telling you about their opinion, talk to your prescriber about the dose
the honest answer to is this forever

- mg_per_ml — the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody knows and the drug only works while you are taking it, not medical advice. undid every fast change 18:54
came down slowly
maintenance update i weigh weekly, average monthly, and only act on the monthly number, measurements lie less
the honest answer to is this forever is that nobody in this room knows, and the people who sound certain are guessing
i put 42 back on after stopping and then went back on it. it worked the same the second time round, worth checking yourself
appetite returning is not the drug failing, it is the drug doing less because you are taking less of it, still steady
about regain as framing did anyone plan the maintenance phase before they got there or work it out live, or is that the wrong channel
nobody here is your clinician and maintenance is exactly the stage to be talking to yours
the plan i wrote was two paragraphs and it has been worth more than everything else i did, thats the short version
the plan matters more than the dose. know what you will do if the number moves, before it moves
reduced the dose and FLOW is the stopping one. weight came back on for most people once the drug stopped. that is the finding, not an opinion, prescriber for the dose, not here
monthly average
not a clinician but the published follow up on this phase is thin compared to everything about the losing phase
months not weeks
anyone stopped completely and how did the first three months go
it does fade
coming down slowly was the whole trick for me. every fast change i made had to be undone
