thinking of you
the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards
my partner was not pleased at first and came round. what changed it was my blood pressure, not any argument i made
motivation has collapsed since the scale stopped moving, has anyone been here
right so how did people get through a long plateau without giving up entirely
not the easy way
the food noise went completely quiet and i dont know what to do with the silence, is that normal
the fraud feeling faded for me somewhere around the point i had kept it off longer than i took to lose it
i asked one relative to stop commenting. it was awkward for a week and it was worth it
[edited]update from 26 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it

nobody in this room thinks less of you for needing a medication. genuinely nobody
hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there
thank you for saying it
were not clinicians
the disorienting bit for me was realising how much of my day had been spent thinking about the next meal
somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day
for the archive how do you stop reading every twinge as something serious
youre not alone in that
for the archive i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number
flat is the word i used too. not sad exactly, just less colour in things for a while
please talk to somebody
the shame eased when i stopped thinking of it as a shortcut and started thinking of it as treatment
hold on if you can
same at week 5
that counts
how do you handle a partner who is not pleased about you doing this
if all you managed today was the dose and some water, that counts and i mean that
coming back after 5 months to say thank you, is that alright to do in here
