be kind to yourself
i came back at month 19 to say thank you and got a much warmer response than i expected
im at month 10 and doing well and feel strangely sad about it, is that a thing
grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life
somebody said the easy way thing to me and i just said it was not easy and changed the subject. it worked fine
glad youre back
has anyone else felt oddly flat since the appetite went
follow up the plateau nearly ended it for me. what got me through was logging something other than my weight
grieving food is real. it was my hobby, my comfort and about half of my social life

while im here i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down

nobody in this room thinks less of you for needing a medication. genuinely nobody
thinking of you
it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things
i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting
did anyone else grieve food a bit
coming back to this the escalation nerves got smaller each time for me but they never went away entirely
you are not the only person in here who has felt that, and i say that as somebody who was certain they were
