  • void_volume — right so does anyone talk to somebody professionally about this side of it 17:08
HH

did the flatness lift on its own or did people have to do something about it

IS

i asked one relative to stop commenting. it was awkward for a week and it was worth it

glad youre back

youre not alone in that

somebody said the easy way thing to me and i just said it was not easy and changed the subject. it worked fine

follow up my partner was not pleased at first and came round. what changed it was my blood pressure, not any argument i made

TF

i came back at month 1 to say thank you and got a much warmer response than i expected, happy to be corrected

has anyone found a way to celebrate that isnt about a number

HH

if you are struggling in a way this channel cannot hold, please talk to a professional. we are not a crisis service and we know it, for what its worth

mood dipped hard around week 32, did that lift for anyone

right so hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there

i built a whole personality around being the one who cooks and now i barely eat, does that pass

TF

i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well

TF

hold on if you can

The withdrawal arm. This is the trial to read before you plan to stop.
TT

i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down

quick one the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it, for what its worth

AA

im ashamed of needing a medication for this and i cant seem to shake it

the food noise went completely quiet and i dont know what to do with the silence, is that normal

AA

i keep waiting for it to stop working and the waiting itself is exhausting

how did people get through a long plateau without giving up entirely

update from 24 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it
