Highlights from this day
  • coa_or_cope — update on the earlier thing the escalation nerves got smaller each time for me but they never went away entirely 12:35
  • gradient_greg — while im here update from 4 months ago: the flatness lifted, slowly, and i did not have to change anything to make it, not advice obviously 12:38
  • reship_rita — does anyone talk to somebody professionally about this side of it i spent twenty years negotiating with myself about food and then the negotiation just stopped, and… 13:18
  • reship_rita — my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened, take that with a pinch of salt 13:36

i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well

RR

nobody says you took the easy way about a blood pressure tablet, and i keep that sentence ready for when i need it

HM

the food noise went completely quiet and i dont know what to do with the silence, is that normal
