- comment_fatigue — somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day, ask me again in a month 23:20
- drawup_dee — slightly off topic but the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards 23:33
- factory_direct_fi — i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well 23:58
i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number
somebody thanked me a year later for something i barely remember saying, and that is why i still read this every day, ask me again in a month

nobody says you took the easy way about a blood pressure tablet, and i keep that sentence ready for when i need it
thinking of you
slightly off topic but the identity part is the hardest thing about this and it gets talked about least, which is backwards
i read every twinge as something serious for the first three months and it does settle down
the shame eased when i stopped thinking of it as a shortcut and started thinking of it as treatment
i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well
