right so the disorienting bit for me was realising how much of my day had been spent thinking about the next meal, your mileage will differ
nobody says you took the easy way about a blood pressure tablet, and i keep that sentence ready for when i need it
the escalation nerves got smaller each time for me but they never went away entirely
if all you managed today was the dose and some water, that counts and i mean that
it is a loss as well as a relief and you are allowed to say both of those things

i measured my waist and my walking pace during the plateau because both were still moving when the scale wasnt
coming back after 15 months to say thank you, is that alright to do in here
