sorry to jump in nobody in this room thinks less of you for needing a medication. genuinely nobody
while im here the food noise going quiet is the thing people are least prepared for. i sat in the kitchen at 8pm not knowing what i was for
you are not a fraud. you took a treatment and it worked. that really is the whole story
does anyone talk to somebody professionally about this side of it
is anyone else more anxious about running out than about any side effect
we are a chat channel. good company, not clinicians, and it matters that we keep saying so
my mood dipped around week five and lifted by about week ten. i cannot tell you why either of those happened, not advice obviously
i told my family at month four rather than week one, and the timing is what made it go well
flat is the word i used too. not sad exactly, just less colour in things for a while
follow up the food noise went completely quiet and i dont know what to do with the silence, is that normal
that counts
has anyone else felt oddly flat since the appetite went
[edited]i am kinder to myself now than i was when i was heavier, and that is not because of the number
the shame eased when i stopped thinking of it as a shortcut and started thinking of it as treatment, thats one data point
same at week 5
update on the earlier thing i get anxious the night before a dose increase, so i take it in the morning now and sleep first
motivation has collapsed since the scale stopped moving, has anyone been here
the running out anxiety is real and worth naming. i keep a spare month in the fridge and i sleep better for it
