i spent twenty years negotiating with myself about food and then the negotiation just stopped, and that took months to sit with, took me about a year
this is a hard one to write hold on if you can. week three is not the whole experience and a lot of us nearly stopped right there, take your time
talking to somebody qualified was the single most useful thing i did and it took me two years to do it
grief is the right word for it and it took me a long time to let myself use it, we are not a crisis service
is the quiet where the food noise was something other people found unsettling
