stopping was the plan and stopping was much harder

the comments were much harder than the silence had been and i was not braced for that at all, not advice obviously

anyone find it hard to stop when stopping was the plan

i lost a coping mechanism and had to find another one, and that was harder than any of the physical stuff

i cook more now than i used to, i just eat less of it, and that compromise saved that part of me, that is one person

sitting with something and comments from family land badly more often than people expect and you are allowed to ask them to stop

grim one, sorry motivation has collapsed since the scale stopped moving, has anyone been here
